A pretty handmade felt brooch/pin made from merino wool fibres in
various shades of red, orange and green with some white silk fibres
added to give the effect of the wind. The leaves have been raised
slightly by adding machine stitching. The small stems have been
embroidered in chain stitch in matching colours and then the red
background is covered in tiny french knots in vintage silk threads.
In order to make the brooch firm, a layer of Decovil 1 iron on
interfacing has been sandwiched between the felt and the French vintage
fabric backing .

The brooch comes attached to card and in a cello fronted bag. The postage bag is plastic so as it doesn't get damp in transit.
